Returns & Refunds Policy

Each physical product from Mme I’s Creations is carefully made and prepared for your order. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

I want you to be happy with your order! If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

I will review the issue and work with you to make it right. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement or refund.

If an error was made on my end, you will not be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Custom & Personalized Products

Custom and personalized products cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled once production has begun.

If your personalized item arrives damaged or defective, or there is an error in the personalization that differs from the information provided with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Handmade & Natural Materials

Many Mme I’s Creations products are handmade using natural materials such as wood. Variations in wood grain, colour and engraving are normal. Slight variations or darkening may also occur as a natural result of the laser-cutting and engraving process.

These characteristics are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. If production or order preparation has not yet begun, I will do my best to accommodate your request. Once production or preparation has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Shipping Issues

If your order appears to be lost in transit or there is another issue with delivery, please contact me so I can look into the shipment.

If you have a concern about your order, please reach out. I want to make sure genuine problems with your order are addressed fairly.
